Teflon high-temperature fabric
Teflon high-temperature fabric
Teflon high-temperature fabric is an essential component in the solar industry, utilized in laminating machines for various functions that enhance production efficiency and equipment protection.
Functionality
Known as laminating fabric, it is used as a cover and padding due to its non-stick properties, which prevent materials like EVA film from sticking to the machine at high temperatures.
Application
Commonly used as a conveyor belt within laminating machines, it comes in ultra-wide varieties with thicknesses of 0.25mm and 0.30mm, and is available in glossy and matte finishes.
Dimensions
The fabric is tailored to fit laminating machines of varying sizes, with small machines typically under 1.25m wide and large machines ranging from 1.8m to 2.4m wide, and lengths generally not exceeding 3.5m
Material Sequence
In the lamination process, the fabric is positioned strategically between layers of glass, EVA, solar cells, and backboard materials.
Specifications
Available in different thicknesses and product numbers, such as 9025 AJ (0.25mm), 9030 AJ (0.30mm), and 9035 AJ (0.35mm), to meet specific laminating requirements.
Machine Compatibility
In automatic laminating machines, the fabric is designed to be high-temperature resistant and non-stick, with a textured surface to prevent adhesion in a vacuum environment and to avoid excessive tension during the conveying of solar cells.
